The 2012 Endurance Carnival will be a low key event in comparison to the Endurance Festival 2011 due to a very limited number of helpers.

We will endeavour for the weekend to be rewarding and enjoyable for all. Some competitors want to qualify for the 2013 Queensland Quilty, others want to qualify and vie for selection to the World Championships at Euston Park 2012, but for most it's the opportunity to enjoy a day in the saddle with a special horse at your chosen distance.

Nominations: Entries for events 80klm and over now close on the 29 April, 2012 (extended). Entries for 40km and 20km close 30th April, 2012. Nomination forms can be found on OZ Endurance (Q) Inc website www.ozenduranceqinc.com . Whilst closing dates have been extended we would appreciate entries being submitted as soon as possible.

Paymentfor all events 80klm and over must be with entry. Please email remittance advice and ensure you include a recognisable reference.

Refund Policy: All refunds will be at the discretion of the Ride Organising Committee and must be in writing. Withdrawals, rider changes or horse changes must be in writing and advised to the Secretariat prior to the commencement of vetting of that event. Please note an administration fee of $30 will be retained from all refunds.

Camping Fee: $15.00 per horse per night to be paid at ride Secretariat.

Arrival: Only interstate and long distance travelling horses permitted to arrive at the grounds prior to Thursday, by arrangement with Peter Toft. Please call mobile 0419 780841.

Horse Declaration: You are required to complete a Horse Health Declaration which can be downloaded from the QERA website, completed and presented to the Ride Secretary upon arrival (no exceptions). Please ensure that your horse is healthy and its temperature has been taken for the previous three days prior to travel. 

FEI & AERA Vetting 160, 120 & 80: Vet gate into hold.

AERA Vetting 40 & 20: Within 30 minutes.

Catering: Catering will be available all weekend.
